I offer consultations at two locations.To book an appointment at Avalon House Camberwell or The Pregnancy Pod Clayton, please call (03) 8849 9794, or complete the appointment form below. Before your first appointment you will be asked to complete an online patient registration form. It would be helpful to bring:
  • Your Medicare card and Private health fund details/card if applicable
  • A list of your current medications and any allergies that you have
  • Copies of previous blood tests and ultrasounds
  • A list of any questions you may have
Your first appointment will be a longer appointment which allows me to understand and discuss your concerns and goals. I will take a thorough history, complete an examination and review any previous test results that you have had. Generally, you would then have some preliminary investigations to better understand your issue and then together we’ll develop an individualised treatment plan that’s right for you.
